Spongebob Says Try Again Several Times

SpongeBob SquarePants (TV Series 1999– ) Poster

Die Laughing

I'm a inferior in college, and I can't assistance but flipping to Spongebob every saturday morning at work. This cartoon series is a work of art! It'southward a hilarious journey into the earth of Spongebob Squarepants and his friends, a mentally challenged starfish named Patrick, a miserly 70's reject squid, Squidward, and Sandy, some sort of tripped up Squirrel who lives underwater via an air-arrange.

The humor is hilarious, and as a higher student, I can't stop laughing!

Like it or not, this show is hard to avert

SpongeBob is a very pop show. Its quirky sense of humor, colorful characters, and crazy plot lines make information technology irresistible. It'south hard to avoid this prove, even if you lot're an adult, or a teen. This show likewise thank you yous up very hands. Yous may similar it, or you may not believe that you're watching something like this, simply either way, information technology will somehow get to you lot.

The story lines are focused effectually SpongeBob, an energetic ocean sponge who lives in a pineapple under the sea. Each episode focuses effectually him and his misadventures with other people in his town known as Bikini Lesser. His best friend is the dopey starfish Patrick, his other best friend is the country squirrel who lives in a submarine domicile, Sandy. Other characters in the show are SpongeBob's drowsy neighbor, Squidward, his boss at work, Mr. Krabs, the evil Plankton, and the driving school teacher Mrs. Puff. At that place are a bunch of other characters in the show, merely near episodes are focused effectually them.

These days, Nickelodeon hasn't been doing so well. Most of their new shows are spin offs of one-time shows, and nearly of the new shows aren't skillful at all. SpongeBob is very reminiscent of older Nickelodeon shows. Elements like quirky humor, annoying neighbors, fun plot lines, slightly dark humor in a few episodes(not as much as the old Nickelodeon shows), mishaps at work, worst enemies, and mishaps due to SpongeBob's antics all make this testify bully. There are times when this show tin become stupid, equally a thing of fact, every episode uses stupidity in a sure way. Some episodes are smartly written, and in odd ways, certain episodes take a bulletin in them.

There is nothing in this prove that should make parents feel uncomfortable. In nigh episodes, at that place is some type of adult humor that adults and teens will observe to exist funny.

Everyone should see this testify. Watch it with kids, or by yourself, either fashion, y'all'll probably have a great time with this show.

Was the all-time animated prove on Nickelodean, only the newer episodes don't work for me

When "Spongebob Squarepants" first started, I was 1 of those who watched it religiously. I absolutely loved it, and idea it was the best blithe prove on Nickelodean. I loved the fact information technology was funny, creative and original. It was vibrantly animated, with lavish colouring and convincing character features. The theme melody, what can I say? Probably the catchiest theme melody out of the shows airing on Nicolodean now. The writing was witty, funny and fifty-fifty intelligent, and the characters were endearing, from Spongebob himself, cynical Squidward, Eugene H. Karbs and the hilarious Patrick. And the vocalization acting was well done.

And then why did I not give it a higher score? Similar "Rugrats" and "The Simpsons" the newer episodes don't work. They aren't equally funny or as creative in terms of written quality as the older episodes, relying too much on toilet sense of humor, and the voice interim sometimes is lazy, Patrick in particular now seems bored and world weary now. And Spongebob, the vocalisation is way also loftier. The episode ideas aren't every bit original or also idea out, in fact they are rather anticipated and unrealistic. The blitheness and the theme tune are pretty much the simply things that make the newer episodes remotely watchable. All in all, I practice actually similar this testify, for the sense of fun and inventiveness it has, only I just wish the newer episodes weren't equally tired. seven/x Bethany Cox

"Spongebob Squarepants" Television receiver Series- ten/10. Very funny with lovable characters.

Spongebob Squarepants" (1999) TV Serial

It seems that information technology wasn't long ago that this bear witness aired on Nickelodeon, but it'south been like 5 years, and Spongebob Squarepants' popularity hasn't decreased at all- of course, I can see why. This show is set up in the small town of Bikini Lesser (a town under the sea that is home to many sea worthy creatures)- including a spontaneous sponge named Spongebob. He lives with his pet snail, Gary, next to two neighbors- a grumpy clarinet playing octopus- Squidward, and his best friend who is a starfish who couldn't tell his hand from his foot- named Patrick. He also has a friend who lives in an air dome, and she's a Texas native squirrel named Sandy, who got bored with life above water, so she moved to the sea. Spongebob works at the Krusty Krab forth with Squidward, a pop eating house endemic past the greedy Mr. Krabbs. And in that location is Plankton- a microscopic ocean fauna who owns his own restaurant- The Chum Saucepan- a very unpopular eating place, that hasn't gotten a customer since it's opening- so, of grade, Plankton is always out to steal Mr. Krabbs' secret Krabby Patty formula, causing trouble for the krusty krew. Spongebob goes through i predicament after another, and this show is just hilarious. Some may find Spongebob annoying, but for those like me, we love him! x/ten.

HOLY CRAP!!! SpongeBob SquarePants is funny!!!

I'm 15 years old, I have a cousin who is 5 years old, and my mom is over 40. What do we all take in common? We similar SpongeBob! A evidence that is for all ages. SpongeBob is a silly cartoon that reaches young, old, and in between. Younger kids volition relish the lightheaded antics and slapstick. While teens and adults will enjoy a lot of adult and more witty sense of humour that passes over niggling kids heads.

The show takes place underwater. The main character, SpongeBob, is a talking sponge, who works equally a fry cook for Mr. Krabs, the greedy owner of the Krusty Krab. He also works with his depressing and more than sophisticated side by side door neighbour, Squidword Tentacles, who is constantly annoyed by SpongeBob's crazy, stupid antics. SpongeBob'due south other neighbor and long-life all-time friend, Patrick Star, is a talking pink starfish that perhaps the nigh stupid grapheme e'er. There is also Plankton, a tiny but evil character that is jealous of Mr. Krab'south eatery and always is trying to steal his formula for the sacred Krabby Patty, just he always ends up failing miserably. Then there is Sandy Cheeks, a squirrel that for some reason lives underwater in a space-arrange. Sandy befriends SpongeBob and Patrick and loves to do heady things with them. are these not the nearly ridiculous characters.

Yous might be thinking, this sounds stupid. Well it is stupid, thats the dazzler of the evidence. The premise is so ridiculous that annihilation tin can happen. None of the episodes ever continue the story and plot of the previous episode. Its a cartoon. Every new episode starts a new story. And the story lines of the episodes are just sometimes ridiculous, but the characters in the evidence are and so skillful that everything works. Squidword is a smashing straight-man for the comedy. He seems to detest his life considering SpongeBob and Patrick are constantly ruining things for him. Not on purpose, SpongeBob and Patrick are just stupid. Specially Patrick who is my favorite graphic symbol. The show at times seems to brand a point on how stupid he really is. Sometimes Patrick seems mentally retarded. But he is good at heart forth with SpongeBob. Mr. Krabs on the other hand is just plain greedy. His character amuses me because he is and then cheap that its ridiculous. He'll practice annihilation to salve a dollar or make an actress penny. And Plankton is the worst one of them all. Plankton comes up with these Genius plans to steal the Krabby Patty formula but he has one trouble, he is an 8th of the size of everyone else. all of these characters brand for corking comedy.

At that place is stupid comedy in SpongeBob, but there is also a lot of jokes and situations that only adults tin understand. There is dark humor and fifty-fifty some witty jokes. Sometimes you will fifty-fifty come across some references to pop-civilisation events. Kids will relish the light-headed stuff when adults and teens will bask some of the other jokes.

This cartoon is unique considering its a kids cartoon simply all the main characters are full-grown adults. Yeah there sea creatures but they are grown-ups. Just SpongeBob and Patrick human action like little kids. Thats what I observe charming about the show.

Scout SpongeBob Squarepants! Any historic period can find humor in the testify.

The Best Cartoon E'er!

Spongebob Squarepants is a body of water-sponge. He is shaped in a rectangle, and is in the form of a common household sponge. He lives in a pineapple under the sea, in the boondocks of Bikini Lesser.

He is frequently found to be abrasive his cynical neighbor Squidward, the grouchy Clarinet playing squid next door, who definitely thinks the bounding main is half empty.

Next to Squidward is a large stone, where dwells a starfish with near equally much intelligence as his abode-sweet habitation. He is Patrick Star, neighbor to Squidward, only lifelong friend to Spongebob.

Over yonder lives a 'state squirrel' by the name of Sandy Cheeks. Her hobbies include the search for the 'Hay in the Needlestack', to biking in the Industrial Park.

Finally in that location'due south Mr. Eugene H. Krabs, penny hugging/pinching proprietor of the Krusty Krab; Spongbob's beloved workplace, and the home of the Krabby Patty.

On the field of study of the Krabby Patty, that brings us to the esteemed Sheldon Plankton, arch-rival to Mr. Krabs, and more often than not very evil. His constant attempts to steal the Krabby Patty make for very funny episodes.

In Summery, this evidence can be summed upwardly with a single discussion: Brilliant. It is witty, smart, extremely funny, with timeless characters, appealing to all ages.

10/x A Classic!

I love Spongebob

I first discovered Spongebob square pants while I was on holiday in Florida. It dawned on me when I got back to England that we could get it on Nickelodean and so I started watching information technology all the time and loved it! It's basically a kids show although sometimes it does accept some jokes that are evidently intended to go way over children'south heads. And I beloved information technology for that. Loads of my friends dearest the show and we're all surprised that we could be so entertained by a pocket-size xanthous sponge who lives in a pineapple! Oddly enough though, my favourite character is non Spongebob. I love Squidward and Plankton and their bitter bored outlook to life. They seem remarkably cynical for Nickelodean which is why this show is a breath of fresh air and hugely popular.

Cracking entertainment for kids and adults, particularly in the early seasons

My stepdaughter introduced me to this series, and I have to say not since Rocky and Bullwinkle have I seen a drawing that both kids and adults tin can greatly bask and observe humorous on their corresponding levels. My favorites include "Survival of the Idiots" in which Patrick and Spongebob go trapped in Sandy'southward treedome during her hibernation. The creator of this show has obviously befriended a Texan or two. Anyone who has owned or been endemic by a true cat will savor "Dumped" and "Gary Takes a Bath", both of which deal with Spongebob and Gary, his pet Snail. "Grandma's Kisses" has some of the most memorable quotes in which Patrick assures Spongebob that being a man consists of doing three things: Patrick: Allow me to demonstrate. Offset, puff out your breast.

(SpongeBob puffs out his breast) Patrick: Now say, "tax exemption." SpongeBob: Tax exemption.

Patrick: Now you must develop a taste for free-form jazz.

In "Squidville" well-deserved fun is poked at the slow uniformity of planned communities and homeowners associations...Anyone who lives in the DC area knows EXACTLY what I am talking about! Another classic is "Bubble Buddy", in which Spongebob has an imaginary friend who has been causing problems effectually Bikini Bottom all day. In Squidward'southward case his tragedy is that Chimera Buddy "forced him to provide splendid customer service". Anybody out there who has worked for a living will recognize Squidward as the young man employee who wants to do the required minimum because he believes he is somehow destined for greater things.

In short, if you want something that both you and the kids can lookout man and truly enjoy together, you can't exercise any better than SpongeBob, in particular the seasons where creator Steven Hillenburg was involved.

Great evidence for all ages

I have been watching this show since I was nigh 9, and I am now about xiv and I nevertheless find information technology hilarious. Information technology doesn't comprise profanity or harsh language, and then it'southward appropriate for all ages. Even though I too savour shows on MTV, I believe that Spongebob Squarepants is a cracking show for all ages. Fifty-fifty my mom enjoys information technology. When I first saw the plot line, a story about a sponge who lives undersea, I thought it would exist stupid. Simply I've been watching information technology for v years so obviously information technology stuck with me. Spongebob wouldn't be annihilation without Patrick Star, Spongebob'south dumb neighbor and all-time friend. Spongebob Squarepants can teach you lessons, it tin brand you laugh, information technology maybe volition even make y'all weep. Even though Spongebob is supposed to exist an developed, information technology shows that you're never also old to deed younger than you are. Spongebob is a keen show no thing how sometime or young you are.

Initially fantastic, but now more often than not good.

In information technology'due south peak offset 3 seasons this show is a jolly trip through surrealism and relatable adult sense of humor that really passed by all of our heads as we grew up. At it'due south current state it's not bad, though rarely does it e'er autumn dorsum into that fantastic form that the first three seasons kept up.

It's not a bad show though, occasionally information technology'southward too surreal and oddball and obscene just naught involving the show is e'er offensively bad, excuse the rare episode. It's slapstick that kinda falls too deep into the violent and brutal side of slapstick. I adore how courageous it is at trying to make itself really stand up out at times. It deserves its long lasting life, and I don't mind seeing it run till the world ends.

The all-time cartoon e'er?

I've only just started getting into cartoons once again later not watching them for so long. I heard about Spongebob Squarepants and decided to check information technology out. Now I watch every episode religiously! Information technology'south amazing! I don't think I ever seen anything as surreal or equally funny in a kids prove as this! The show takes identify in Bikini Bottom, an underwater town. Spongebob Squarepants (voiced past the amazingly talented Ton Kenny) is a sponge that works equally a fry melt at the Crusty Krab, run by one Mr Krabs (voiced by Tom Clancy who many people will recollect from Shawshank Redemption). Spongebob is a kid at heart and a little stupid, but gets up to the well-nigh amazing adventures. Alongside Spongebob are his best friend Patrick Starfish (Bill Fagerbakke) who is even more stupid than Spongebob, Sandy Cheeks (Carolyn Lawrence) a squirrel that lives underwater for some reason, Squidward Tentacles (Rodger Bumpass) Spongebobs moody next door neighbour, Mrs Puff (Mary Jo Catlett) Spongebob's driving teacher and Plankton (Mr Lawrence) a very tiny sea animate being with a Napoleon Complex.

What makes the show and so funny is the situations that Spongebob and his friend Patrick get themselves into. They are both very stupid and kid like, meaning that they go into trouble on a regular basis, which makes for exciting episodes. At that place are some huge express joy out loud moments and some of them stuff that they get upward to will make your breadbasket churn with laughter. All the characters are amazingly put together and they all piece of work. Each have their own personality which allows them to carry on the story and let Spongebob interact with them all.

One of the funniest stories is the ship up of Batman and Robin where Spongebob and Patrick try to bring out of retirement their 2 favourite heroes. Mermaid Man (Ernist Borgnine) and Barnacle Boy (Tim Conway). Anyone who's ever watched the classic Adam West Batman will appreciate the humour of this episode! All in all, a very funny cartoon. It's insane plenty for kids to savour, but also so funny that many adults volition savor it (equally long as they get the humour). Take it for what information technology is. Don't' try and analyse it. Merely spotter and enjoy.

Oh and i more affair. In ane episode, the groundwork music is provide by metals most greatest heroes, PANTERA!!!!!!!!

Masterful, possibly mis-targeted, surreal stream-of-consciousnessparody

"SpongeBob SquarePants" is an hilarious and often unpredictable cartoon serial aired at this writing on Nickelodeon. Its regular times are Sabbatum & Sunday mornings, with occasional marathons and a semi-regular feature on Nick's Friday evening U-Vote feature. The massive amount of hype surrounding its release in mid-1999 suggests that the Nickelodeon staff actually likes the bear witness.

The series is clearly for adults, in the same sense equally "The Simpsons" and "Beavis and Butthead" are. The marketing, however, is quite kid-oriented, and somehow, the series has go associated with other Nickelodeon features which actually offer redeeming social value for children, viz "Wild Thornberrys" and "Blue's Clues". I don't mind, personally--I enjoy watching SpongeBob with my toddler-age children, although I exercise find myself answering lots of interesting questions ("Why is Squidward dancing similar that? It'south scary.", "Yous can't put imitation arms on like that, can you, Daddy?", "Why is Patrick so impaired?")

The show features the voice talents of Tom Kenny (a perennial supporting vocalisation in cartoons) as SpongeBob, Rodger Bumpass (another voice talent veteran) as Squidward the, well, squid, Bill Fagerbakke ("Bus"s Dauber) as Patrick the Starfish, Carolyn Lawrence every bit Sandy Cheeks (SpongeBob's love interest, a squirrel with an air helmet), and Clancy Brownish ("Buckaroo Banzai"s Rawhide) as SpongeBob's employer, the tight-clawed Mister Krabs. I accept noticed in many features that "Mr. Lawrence" is credited as a writer; I suspect a husband-married woman team, given that Sandy Cheeks gets some slap-up dialogue--but that's pure conjecture, and I heartily welcome correction or corroboration alike. At that place have been several celebrity appearances, virtually notably Ernest Borgnine and Tim Conway every bit the voices of fictional superheroes Mermaid Man and Barnacle Male child.

I like the damn show. I was hooked on it for at least a year, from the Clutch-Cargo-flavored introduction to the United Plankton logo at the end of each episode. The plot lines' continuity is to a higher place average, with a well-adult cast of supporting characters who populate Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob's dwelling. There are the obvious intermission-of-atheism requirements, such as the watery environment'south inexplicable tolerance for electricity and exhaled air, but this is hands balanced by the whimsical misusage of jargon (SpongeBob, in a desperate moment says, "I'll use the Vanquish Phone!").

Classic episodes include "Bubbles", "Moon Rocket", and "Dwelling house Sugariness Pineapple".

It'south but not the aforementioned show anymore...

Been a Spongebob Squarepants fan since 1999, and quite frankly, I am very disappointed of how much this testify has changed over the years.

Here'due south a cursory summery of it:

Flavor one (1999–2000) — The early classic episode years: When the show first started, it wasn't bad. Yes, at that place was less humor, and the stories were slower-paced, but they were strong stories, and (crucially) the characters were funny, likable, and identifiable. (Despite being roughly drawn.)

Seasons 2 and 3 (2000–2004) — The afterwards classic episode years: Pretty much all Spongebob fans would agree that you can't get better than these years. The writing team was at its accented best and the stories were all fresh. Nigh, if non all, of the greatest episodes came from this menses ("Band Geeks" "Chocolate With Basics", "Wet Painters", etc). In these days there was no such thing every bit a bad episode. There wasn't a single episode that did not make you laugh non-stop for 11 minutes.

Seasons 4–5 (2005–2007) — The poor episode years: Season iv marked the first of the gradual decline of Spongebob Squarepants. It was the beginning e'er flavour to have bad episodes. Aye, in that location were nevertheless some goodies (such as "Skill Crane" or "Krusty Towers") but some really poor ones were there in the mix, too ("Good Neighbors", "Funny Pants", "All That Glitters", and — worst of all — "Karate Island"). And past season 5 (when virtually of the original writing team had left), we had episodes that weren't only poor, they felt like a completely unlike TV show. (Episodes such as "Ghost Host", "SpongeHenge", "Banned in Bikini Bottom", etc). We were all thinking that the bear witness was going through a rough patch, merely this was simply the beginning of what was yet to come up

Seasons 6–now (2008–present) — The crap episode years: Ever since seasons 4–five, Spongebob Squarepants episodes had e'er been somewhere betwixt excellent and occasionally poor. Then, in season 6, they began making absolute crap. The Spongebob as we've known and loved was all just dead. Some of the worst offenders were: "The Splinter", "Professor Squidward", "Pets or Pests", "Dearest Vikings", and many others. Just probably the i moment when every Spongebob fan realized — for sure — it was no longer the same show, was when Mr. Krabs becomes obsessed over a penny that SpongeBob finds in "Penny Foolish". This episode had absolutely no humor or plot. It concluded with Mr. Krabs selling out thousands of dollars he had merely to receive one darn penny. The writers might besides of had him selling out the entire show's fanbase, while at information technology. From here on, the crap episodes just kept coming more and more and these days you can become nearly an entire flavour without finding a good one.

So in conclusion, I'm rating the show five stars for the kickoff 3 seasons and the semi-decent 4-5 Seasons. Even so, I can't give the more recent episodes even the slightest praise.

Someone needs to take a stand and end the show earlier information technology is degraded fifty-fifty more.

Once upon a time, Spongebob Squarepants was the largest gem in Nickelodeon's crown. It was mannerly, clever, and genuinely hilarious. Information technology was a huge function of my childhood. My friends and I recite lines from the quondam episodes all the fourth dimension, and nosotros however laugh at them! Then, the picture show came. Oh, don't get me incorrect; the movie was pure golden! Just since then, the not bad Stephen Hillenburg left the show and allowed it to rot away.

Nowadays, our favorite undersea sponge has been cut down, degraded, and utterly destroyed. That obnoxious, overly-emotional yellowish foursquare in the newer episodes? That is non Spongebob. It tin can't exist. I really feel that kids should non be allowed to watch him anymore. Information technology is a widely-known fact that kids imitate what they see; and believe me when I say that you DON'T want them imitating "Spongebob." He is far too emotionally disturbed. I minute he is unbearably and obnoxiously ecstatic for no reason, and the adjacent he is screaming and crying like a particularly hard baby. And he doesn't cry for a few seconds in a funny fashion, he cries for minutes on end like an unfortunate soul burning in hell; significant that it is mentally painful to watch. Yep, no one should permit their child mimic this kind of behavior. On top of all that, his vox has become incredibly high pitched and nervus-grating. Maybe Tom Kenny'south overused the voice and at present he's losing it. Whatever the reason is, it doesn't change the fact that it is incredibly abrasive.

And speaking of abrasive, the show itself has simply lost it's touch with the humour. The old episodes were incredibly witty, and appealing to all ages. I nevertheless laugh at the jokes to this day. But then, one mean solar day I decided to watch a newer episode of Spongebob. I was horrified at what I saw; there was no actual humor, just attempts at humor that fell extremely flat. None of the jokes were funny! I found myself sitting there, trying to Forcefulness myself to laugh. Only nothing at all was even a tiny fleck amusing. The verbal jokes were incredibly lazy and dry, and many times felt forced. The concrete sense of humour was not whatever better. The writers for the evidence were running out of ideas--I could tell.

I also have a few things to say near the animation. I don't know what happened, only I recall the older episodes looked a lot better, and more than rugged like other cartoons such as The Aroused Beavers (smashing bear witness, past the way). The newer episodes' animation features brighter colors, rounder, thicker characters, and obnoxious details that really should take been left out. Spongebob's face up, for instance, conveys far too much happiness and ecstasy, to the betoken were it gets a tad frightening. In fact, all the characters express far too intense emotions at times that are either very abrasive, or borderline scary. In summation, if the wait of a prove is important to you, maybe you should stay abroad from the newer episodes of this far besides long-running TV series.

Someone needs to accept a stand against Nickelodeon, for subjecting us to watch this garbage that used to exist gold. If this show had stopped afterwards the movie was released, every individual who grew up with Spongebob would take been a lot happier. Please, only lookout man the one-time episodes. The new ones are so awful, it actually fills me with pain to think about them. Also, keep your kids away from the evidence. Spongebob has become a terrible emotional influence. Unless y'all want your kids to get horrible bipolar monsters, STAY AWAY FROM THE NEW EPISODES. Only allow them watch seasons one through three. Nickelodeon needs to terminate the reformed Spongebob'south reign of terror.

Mindless, carefree fun.

A funny drawing well-nigh the misadventures of talking sea sponge SpongeBob and his under-the-sea friends, Squidward, Patrick Star, Mr. Krabs, Sandy Cheeks, and dozens of others.

It'southward mindless fun from SpongeBob'southward adventures at work in Mr. Krab'south fast-food eating house to him constantly driving Squidward crazy with his tricks and constant goofiness.

I enjoy the cynicism and sarcasm of Squidward (my brother's favorite grapheme) and the money-hungry, dollar-sign eyes of Mr. Krabs. Patrick tin go a little besides annoying equally the slow and impaired character, while SpongeBob is simply the carefree, clueless and lighthearted sponge.

The earlier seasons were better than the latter seasons (so far till 2017).

Ahh yes, the good show...

I remember when I offset saw the evidence, the episode: Bubblestand. I loved that episode and decided to wait for more episodes. That was when I noticed that v million more episodes came on. Watched every single one of 'em. Tom Kenny does a Really superior skillful job on the vocalisation on Spongebob. I loved it every bit a lilliputian child, and I still like information technology today.

I love this prove and so much I could hug information technology. Too bad they oasis't made recent and decent episodes these days. The newest one sucked. Anyways, this show is a actually absurd ane because there is no indicate to information technology and at that place is mindless one-act! D:. I recommend about of you to sentinel it, for it is the best.

A actually fair show indeed.

Gone from gilt to crap

Spongebob Squarepants used to exist Nikelodeaen'south signature serial. All the characters were good and the plot lines had meaning, and the show had talent. Nickelodean said in 1999 (when the show was created) that they would do 3 seasons and and so do the movie. and that was it. until after the pic in 2004 the testify boomed with popularity. so nickelodeon renewed the show for a forth flavour. After the motion-picture show, serial creator and creative author Stepen Hillenburg basically left the testify and Paul Tibbit basically took over everything. This is when the show started going downwardly hill. Then more rookie writers were hired and gave the plot lines dry, stupid humor. Everything that the commencement three seasons and the movie had set in rock was then defied and questioned in the past three seasons. all the characters have merely became stupid. Spongebob has become loftier-pitched and annoying. Patrick is simply oblivious to anything, now. Sandy is too smart and is overused. Mr. Krabs has get TOO cheap and his cheapness has been reused in also many episodes. Squidward has become also sarcastic and obsessed with himself. TOO many plot lines involving Plankton trying to steal the Krabby Patty formula. Spongebob has just become a whiny infant. If people thought he was gay when he came out, they should look at him at present! It isn't funny any more than. All of the plot lines are extremely predictable.(Plankton tries to steal the Krabby Patty formula, Mr. Krabs pinches a penny, Spongebob cries.) Nickelodeon is just haemorrhage this show dry out, such as what FOX is doing with the Simpson's. They know people volition continue watching information technology and they will keep on bringing in the Money. They volition sponge off of this show for every bit long equally they can.(pun intended) The show used to be for adults and kids alike, at present it should be put on Nick Jr with Dora and Deiago. I would have given this testify a x star rating for seasons 1-3 and the picture. At present a one. I 100% recommend seasons 1-three and the movie(especially season 1) Spongebob used to exist the Coupe De Ville of Nickelodean, know it'due south only like the residuum of the shows nick is limping out to the barn with.(Mighty B, Penguins of Madagascar, Back at the Baryard.)

The new episodes are garbage.

It pains me to requite Spongebob Squarepants a 1 because I used to watch it all the time equally a child! When I was growing upwards the episodes were nifty! It was witty, fun, and quirky humor. I'm eighteen now and the loved show that I grew up with is gone at present. I watched the show with my niece a few times recently and I was shocked! The episodes are truly disgusting. The scenarios were and then weird, gross, and outright inappropriate for young kids to watch. I really could non believe that information technology was on for Saturday morning cartoons! The new spongebob episodes should be on Adult Swim. I am absolutely appalled with how much this show has changed. I don't know if less effort is beingness put in Ir if they are trying to cater to a new audience, just I know that I wouldn't let my children (if I had whatsoever) watch the recent episodes of this show.

I Honey Spongebob!

This has been my fave 'toon since it began airing last year. It's a very happy show, and non as violent as most cartoons tin can get. Spongebob is always making well-intentioned mistakes, only is not completely inept. He's the virtually popular guy in Bikini Lesser, the best fry-melt in the bounding main, and even manages to keep up an inter-species romance. Plus, his pet snail, Gary, meows like a cat!

Spongebob Squarepants - Used to be golden but now dirt.

Spongebob was an wonderful show. Spongebob was a naive, optismic sponge, Patrick was a dumb still hilarious star, Mr. Krabs was a cheap krab who owned the KK, Plankton was Krabs' enemy, Sandy was the karate and Texan squirrel, and Squidward was a sarcastic squid who hated Spongebob'due south activities. The testify was awesome and hilarious. Example:

One time upon a time, there was a ugly barnacle. He was then ugly that everyone died. The end.

Is this the KK? No, this is Patrick.

Hilarious days.

Merely then The Spongebob Squarepants Film was released, and this happened:

In one case upon a time, Viacom was happy with the end of Spongebob. 1 day, they accidentally brought Mr. Krabs to the real earth, and forced them to make worser shows and continue Spongebob with worser equipment, or they would become killed.

Aye, that is non true, simply now, the bear witness sucks.

Like if a 1-year quondam and Spongebob were in a crying competition, Spongebob would easily win at a crying competition.

And if Wario (TM) was to face up off in a cheapness competition with Mr. Krabs, guess who would win?

Watch seasons 1-3 and the movie. Spongebob is now the worst bear witness on Nick. Nick sealed its grave.

The show is now every bit bad is dirt. Discover "Help Wanted" to "Spongebob Squarepants Movie". Don't watch an episode after Season 5.

The New Episodes Are Garbage, But The Quondam Ones Are Really Expert.

Ever since the creator, Stephen Hillenburg unfortunately passed away. The prove merely has not been the same. Always season up to 8 was dandy, flavour ix was so, so. And flavour 10, 11, 12, so on are downright terrible. The plots of each new episode are not funny, boring, and terrible to sentinel. I say the show needs to be cancelled. Coin isn't everything.

A cartoon for all ages..

'SpongeBob Squarepants' is amid the funniest cartoons out there. Spongebob is the lovable square sponge that radiates happiness and joy all mean solar day long. Patrick Star is his best friend and he is really the scene stealer and the funniest of the lot. Krusty Krab is the funny boss who lives only for money(don't we too?)..Squidward is the eternally grumpy neighbor who sponge and Patrick loves to annoy..

The main driving point for this cartoon'southward success is the humor..a sponge living in a pineapple is a sure recipe for success.. I am 27 and I simply love this drawing..I have friends who ridicule me when I lookout sponge episodes on Television set or catch it on DVD and i've simply one answer- the humor and the smile this cartoon brings on my face is merely worth it..
